In partnership with KPMG (KSA), we implemented and customized Microsoft EPM solution for the authority of business technology in the ministry of civil services, Riyadh KSA in 2014. We developed and customized set of dashboards based on enterprise project management levels, that allow the Minister of Civil Services, executive level, department manager and project manger to track and analyze the overall progress of executed projects based on the ministry KPI’s.
